Bagno Vignoni est un petit bourge médioeval de 30 abitants où on peut méditer en regardant la grande place du petit village ou vous pouvez lire , peindre, ou encore faire un bain dans la piscine d'eau thermale. Sabrina, Barbara, Carlo e Giacomo nous avons decidé de restaurer cet ancien immeuble du 1300 qui se trouve dans la petite place centrale de Bagno Vignoni. Au Loggiato vous pouvez gouter: polentina arraciata, bruschette con olio de notre production, charcuterie, fromages... L'Huile que nous produisons c'est blond et d'olivastra seggianese, très particulier et raccueilli directement du père et grand père de Carlo.

L 'Hôtel Résidence Casanova se trouve à San Quirico d'Orcia à 200 mètres du mur qui ceint la petite ville médiévale traversée par l'ancien "Via Francigena", qui au travers la France arrivait jusqu'à Rome. C'est pour cela que San Quirico, dans le passé était un lieu où les Papes et ses légats pouvaient se loger et se restaurer pendant le voyage vers Rome.

The palazzo del Capitano has reappeared after an extensive and detailed restoration, as a charming hotel with eleven gracious rooms offering modern comforts whilst retaining the fascination of the ancient architecture and enhanced by furnishings following the true Tuscan tradition. The edifice which dates back to 1400 is one of the oldest in the historic centre of San Quirico d'Orcia, a small medieval village in the heart of Tuscany. At the time of its construction the palace was property of the noble Siennese Biringucci family whose family crest can still be found on the main façade on Via Poliziano. The former stables with the original vaulted ceilings have been converted into a lounge with a bar and a large fireplace. Here guests can be offered an appetising breakfast which in summer can also be served in the hotel garden. In the original wine cellar discovered during the restoration, guards a wide selection of the finnest wine of the area such as Nobile di Montepulciano or Brunello di Montalcino. A few steps away from the hotel is "Il Vecchio Forno" the hotel restaurant where typical Tuscan dishes can be enjoyed, including homemade pasta and other local delights. On cold days a bright crackling fire brings warmth and comfort whilst in summer the owners Roberto and Cosetta are happy to welcome guests in the well shaded garden. The delicate perfume of lavender bushes and aromatic herbs accompanies the wanderer during walks underneath the vine covered pergola, in the olive groves, the orchard and through the Mediterranean vegetation. In this quiet corner relaxing moments can be passed reading or sunbathing on the comfortable loungers.
