After La Bastide de Moustiers, Alain Ducasse and his friend Bruno Clément have breathed new life into a hotel in Provence, in surroundings steeped in history, on the site of a royal Abbey in the very heart of the Coteaux Varois vineyards. This 18th century building has ten bedrooms each named after one of the species growing in the garden, or a famous personality who stayed here in bygone days : Eucalyptus, Blackberry Bush, Chestnut Tree, General de Gaulle, Wisteria, Rolle, Rose Garden?
